I planted 2 cherry bloosoms and 2 bamboo at the end of my garden 2 feet from a 7 foot brick wall and there are neighbours in two homes behind this wall. can roots damage this wall and my neighbours garden behind it. im worried they are 4 years old

Two feet is very close for cherry trees and they might well crack the wall eventually as the roots expand in girth, but perhaps not for 20 years or more. The bamboo will be fine.
