Can you recommend dwarf alpines for north facing flower bed and a sunny flower bed please

Alpines in general like sunshine, except for a few such as hepatica, corydalis ferns and some kinds of oxalis. Also small bulbs. There is a very big choice for a sunny space and our Plant finder has lots of suggestions: https://gardenie.wpengine.com/plant-finder
