I have a creeper (Cissus Striata) growing on the shed and it seems to have been badly damaged by the frost. I’ve only recently found out that I should have protected it from the frost! Will it recover?

Cissus striata is not completely hardy and will suffer from severe frost. Whether it recovers depends on the level of damage. This can be lessened by the age of the plant and where it is located, how much protection the wall has afforded it.
There is a good chance that it will re-sprout, wait and see what happens in the coming two months.
