I have a number of blue and purple Hydrangeas that are doing quite well but recently I noticed a lot of black spots on the leaves and stems. Is this something to be worried about?

This is probably a touch of leaf spot and nothing major to be concerned about, with up and down weather the foliage of many plants has showed some deterioration and spotting.
