Can you please identify this French bush? It is often planted as a hedge and has a wonderful smell.Two additional photos are in my photo album ‘Disneyland & Paris Planting’.

This is Elaeagnus x ebbingei, good for the seaside and well scented from autumn flowers. Needs well-drained, never wet soil. Tolerates some shade and withstands exposure. It is vigorous and makes a large bush.
