2 Camelias in pots- about 10 yrs old.No leaves left on either one- just a few buds. Should I cut my losses and get rid of them?

Sounds like frost damage and may be killed outright. Even if there is some recovery, it is usually patchy especially in a pot. Scrape a little bark low down and see if it is brown underneath where it should be green and white.
