I have a 4 year old cherry tree, however I have noticed some of the leaves are covered with black bugs and the leaves are curling up. Can you recommend a treatment?

This is cherry black fly, a form of greenfly. It can reduce growth and stunt a tree but usually nothign is done, although it may be possible to apply an insecticide, although natural predators usually get on top of the pest.
