Choisya aztec pearl

Kim Heaity asked 14 years ago

I planted a choisya aztec pearl 2 years ago and it has barely grown. I’m a fairly keen gardener and have kept an eye on it. There are some yellowish leaves but they’re not very strong. Soil would be quite dense and we suffer with quite strong coastal winds

Choisya does not like heavy soil and usually rots with dieback. While it can take exposure, it often gets wind-rocked by the sea and dies back.
