where can I obtain cocoa shell mulch in bulk at a reasonable price. I need to cover a large area approx 100 sq metres.

We do not have information on that, but would question the proposed use on this scale. Cocoa shell does not last very long as a mulch. It can be very useful for small flower beds but tends to be too expensive and temporary for large borders and tree and shrubs.
