This is a photo of the underleaf of one of my cabbage plants. Is this caterpillar damage or what is your opinion?

The caterpillars are visible in the photograph, small, all green caterpillars of cabbage moth, not the white butterflies. These can do lots of damage and need to be controlled or removed.
