I have new raised flower beds and every time i go out of the house my dog {a jack russell } jumps in and digs up some of my flowers he does not eat them but just digs them up and sleeps in the soil how can i stop him from doing this as it is costing me a fortune in the replacing of the flowers.

You either have to fence him out or train him not to go in the flower bed. Offer him an alternative place to lie and reward him for using it.
