HELLO ONE SIDE OF GARDEN HAS ALL EVERGREEN PLANTS.LEAVES FALLING OFF THEY HAVE BROWN SPOTS AND NO SIGN OF FLOWERS .CONIFERS GOING BROWN AT THE TOP OF TREE.HAV PETS AND KIDS AROUND ,SO WITH THEM IN MIND WHA CAN I DO?

This sounds like wind damage, ude to dry easterly winds in spring. Nothing you can do really … these plants will recover.
