Sun Gold tomatoes are supposed to be cherry type but they are growing much larger, bigger now than medium tomatoes. What’s the reason?

‘Sun Gold’ is a cherry type, bite size. It can grow a bit bigger , but much bigger than that, you would have to think it is not the correct variety. Mix-ups sometimes happen,
