hi gerry could you give me a few names of flowers that flower in may and have good colour please i have large garden

Wallflowers and tulips can look great in may but these need to be planted in October!
If you have a large garden, you should think about herbaceous plants, such as German irises, oriental poppies and Veronica gentianoides, which has blue flowers. Also the lovely camassia bulbs.
