Is fishblood & bone recommended for griselinia that suffered in the frost?. It looks alive and is only two years old.

If griselinia is growing in good soil it does not need any fertiliser.
Fish blood and bone meal is an organic source of nitrogen, phosphorus and some potash. It is a reasonably good fertiliser, but expensive for use on a hedge.
Much more important is to make sure there are no weeds or grass within 40 to 50 cm on each side of the growing hedge.
