a shrub commonly called “Yesterday Today and Tommorow”. Seen in S.Africa…similar in structure to orange blossom,,, but blossoms are multi coloured (pink purple,white) and beautifully perfumed.. (I have a photo of it)

The shrub is Brunfelsia pauciflora, native of South America. The flowers change colour as they age, fading to white.
It is quite easy to grow in a conservatory or greenhouse here, but not outdoors because it is too tender. Potted plants could be brought outdoors in summer.Â
