I want to do a topiary of life size Irish Wolfhound (or perhaps bigger) 1. Anywhere in Ireland I would get the frame ? 2. What would be the best plant to use(Limey area)

Topiary frames are usually made specifically, or the clipping is done without a frame. Yew would be a good choice … it is the classic topiary plant, vigorous, good colour and clips well. Also its texture would suit the subject.
