We have planted a new laurel hedge recently, I have been told to put fertilizer on it or 10.10.20 – what is your advise here?

If the ground is good, no feeding is needed, but feeding with any general fertilizer, including 10-10-20, will boost growth, and can be applied in March.Â
Apply 25g per metre of hedge on each side, and be sure to control weeds within 50cm of the hedge.
