I wish to move both a wisteria and willow tree to different parts of my garden. When is the best time to do this. Should I wait till the end of Feb till frost have gone or can I complete it now?

Deciduous trees and shrubs can be moved when the leaves are off. Wisteria can be a bit tricky and not move well sometimes, but should be okay if not too long established and the willow moves well.
