Can you let me know were I can source the native Bluebells and how could I propogate from this original stock just for my own needs?

Bluebells grow easily from seeds. They must not be collected from wild habitat but seeds can be collected on private land.
You might try http://www.wildflowers.ie as a source or for advice on sourcing.
