what kind of plants can grow well with pathos plants in a terrarium

Pathos plant is philodendron which is quite a big grower and will soon fill a terrarium. Use ferns, chlorophytum, polka dot plant, tradescantia, selaginella, bromeliads, maranta and pilea.
Some of these grow quite large, some are smaller and you should match each kind to the size of the terrarium.
