I have tried two years in a row to bring white and blue lobelia seeds i can grow lots of other seeds is there a knack to lobelia?

Lobelia is sown early, usually February, and needs the warmth of a propagator, about 18 Celsius. The seeds are very small and easily exhausted, do not make the compost too wet.
