The leaves are all brown and dead-looking on my Watsonia. Should I cut them off or what can I do to help it recover?

Watsonia is from South Africa and the foilage can be damaged by frost, though not usually the bulbs. Let it be as the half-damaged leaves can aid recovery and prevent further freezing.
