Is it too late to prune roses, the always confuse me my sisiter told me to prune them right back is this right and feed them well is this right.

April is very late for pruning roses, but if they are left, it will be more difficult next year. Prune in future in January or February.
Shorten long shoots to about 30cm and prune out some old shoot. And feed the roses with Rose food.
