could you help me to stop root rot in mature grisallinia from spreading to the rest of the hedge

There is not a great deal you can do to stop the spread of honey fungus to neighbouring griselinia plants. It can happen and it might not happen. There are no products approved for domestic use.
Feeding the remaining part of the hedge will help it to resist the fungus … use tree and shrub fertilizer or general fertilizer.Â
