I moved an old rose bush 3 weeks ago and it is now wilting.I gave it a rose feed after i moved it. It was in a sunnier spot than it is now ,do you think this has caused the problem? Will it recover on its own?

Rose bushes… and all deciduous plants … should only be moved with the leaves off. Rose bushes move quite well, even as old plants. It might lose its leaves and yet recover Fedding puts it under more pressure, so just water occasionally during a spell of dry weather of more than 4 days. And hope for the best.
