I have been growing various varieties of nasturtiums from seed for the last few years, but they have never seeded themselves, I find myself having to get new seeds each year. Do you know of anywhere where I might be able to get hold of nasturtium seeds capable of producing fertile seeds themselves?

It is very strange that nasturtium did not set seeds, as it normally very prolific. Unless they were very leafy and did not set seeds, or if they flowered late and were cut back by frost. It is possible too that seeds are being formed but eaten by mice, but you should find parts of the seed hulls.
Try an ordinary mixed kind in a sunny spot, not too rich.
