Is there a plant ideally a climber or a small shrub that will grow in shade and flower all year round or most of year, evergreen preferably.I have a small plot with a few shrubs and climbers but none really flower even though when i got them a couple of years ago they said they would in the garden centre.I am not entirely clueless when it comes to gardening, but i am learning.

No … is the short answer. There is no plant that flowers continuously all year or most of it. Roses flower from June to October, but are not evergreen and don’t like shade.
Lauristinus flowers from winter to late spring, is evergreen and does well in some shade. Skimmia flowers in spring and has berries, and takes a little shade.
Sometimes shrubs go off flowering for a few years when first planted out but come back to flowering again. Too much shade stops flowering or reduces it dramatically.
