The leaves and branches on my 20 year old skimmia are yellowing and dying off, also this years berry crop is shrivelling, any idea what the problem could be?

Skimmia is vulnerable to die-back, due to frost or fungal disease, or it could be honey fungus disease.
There is nothing can be done.
