Stump removal

I have 16 stumps of trees which i need to kill and remove the roots. What is the best way to this qucikly as my neighbour wants to build a wall.

In general, there is no need to remove tree roots, but if a wall is to be built where they are, they need to be dug out … with a digger if they are large.

If you are removing them, there is no need to kill them.

If some are not being removed, and are likely to re-sprout, such as most deciduous kinds and a few kinds of conifer, such as yew and western hemlock, they can be drilled every 10cm around the rim and 5ml of Roundup placed in each hole and plugged.
