hi, last year i dug up and transplanted this witch hazel as i thought it was not doing well. i put it in a corner out of the day where if it did do well i would be able to replant it from there later on…well it seems to be doing v well,,can it now be transplanted now that it is in full bloom? i dont mind waiting till later on in year if i have toi just highlighted the plant in the photo as it is hard to see

If it moved well, it could be carefully moved again, just as the flowers fade, but a second move in 2 years might cause a setback, although it is likely to recover.
