I would like an identification of these two weed grasses. The first one could be scutch grass but I am not sure.

Scutch grass is not a weed of mown lawn.
The first woolly grass is Yorkshire fog, the second looks like creeping bent.
Regular mowing and occasional scarifying will give good control of these grasses, and feeding a couple of times a year.
