I have a weeping willow for the past five years and is doing well but because of the snow it toppled over and has become loose in the ground. I am now thinking of re-planting it in another part of the garden. When is the best time to transplant it and does it prefer shade or full sun? Also when it the best time to transplant a flowering cherry.

Either of these trees can be moved any time between November and the middle of March. Both of these trees like sunshine.
