I have my strawberry plants set out in a raised bed, for the Winter should i pot up plants and keep them in tunnel till spring time setting them in another raised bed?

If the plants are spaced adequately, they can be left where they are to fruit next year.
Or if you like, you can lift some plants in autumn and pot them up, leaving them outdoors until January when they are placed in the greenhouse. They will fruit early in May.
