Where can one purchase ‘winter wash’ for friut trees? It must have another name now – was it ‘tar wash’? Your help would be appreciated.

Winter washes and tar-oil washes have been taken off the market and are no longer available.
This is not a big problem, because the use of ‘winter washes’ was no longer considered to be significantly beneficial. The ‘wash’ killed aphid eggs but a lot of natural predators, such as shield bugs too.
Not to mention the quantities of dangerous phenols inhaled and taken in through the skin, during application!
